(More customer reviews)The 2150 is shown without the rear paper tray guide up, therefore it appears to be a front loader (like kodak 6150 and many other All-in-One printers). It is a rear vertical tray loader, like a cheap Kodak c310. This is intentionally deceptive I think, and unacceptable in my office environment especially since the printer will sit on a shelf above my head (and a rear tray loader means I have to get on a chair to replace the paper...).

Later they called me to give them a better review of them but still would not give me even $1 for shipping it back. Horrible customer service, on verge of harassment.
